Darcie Green is the Executive Director of Latinas Contra Cancer and a transformative leader in the health justice space. With over 20 years of experience in community activism and public policy, Darcie advocates for equitable healthcare access for Latino communities, focusing particularly on cancer prevention and addressing health disparities. She previously served as a field representative in the California State Legislature and as Community & Government Relations Manager at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, Darcie spent eight years in public office, contributing her expertise in government and advocacy work. Darcie currently serves of the Santa Clara County Race and Health Disparities Board. Beyond her professional roles, Darcie is also a certified yoga teacher who volunteers her services to organizations promoting health, healing, and mindful movement practices.
Our mission is to create inclusive spaces while celebrating diversity, cultural pride, and tradition through the creation and performance of Mexican Folklorico dance.
